Rakesh- Thanks for those comments.  I meant to ask you before when you posted on Pasinetti
and your last post on Hicks. reminded me, have you ever looked at Adolph Lowe's work on
structural and technological change, the traverse, etc.?  Or the journal Structural Change
and Economic Dynamics or the collected volumes on these issues by people like Scazzieri,
Hagemann, Landesmann, etc.? It's relevant to your interests.  best, Mat
