This brought to mind that old SNL sketch (from when the show was funny) about the "Sodom Chamber of Commerce" hiring some PR experts to help their image:
"What we envision is, we emphasize the scenery, the arts, the shopping... and just kind of say, 'The sodomy is there if you want it.'"
