Dear Brad,

What's the old saying, "money talks and bullshit walks". I don't think anyone can deny that the IMF and the OECD have money, and, all the raw power that money can buy. I mean you and I can make threats all day, and, I also don't doubt that your collection of pictures of dead presidents is bigger than mine,but, we don't have the cash to pose any kind of a credible threat to anyone in the IMF or OCED league.

I don't know who Pierre is, but, Pierre is the smartest Frenchman I've read in a long time.
