William D. Haywood quipped, "Nothing is too good for the workers," when someone questioned his taste for expensive cigars. I hate to see an anonymous Brit swipe the credit from Big Bill, especially via Christopher Hitchens, who postures sanctimoniously when his own favorite passages are misappropriated.
