It is not a book you read. It is a book which you buy and keep on your
shelves as an indispensable reference work for various kinds of
organizing activity. I think someplace on my shelves I have a similar
work that carries the record back to the early 19th century. But I may
just be remembering a leaflet or information bulletin.
