On that problem of poor people driving unsafe, second or third hand
automobiles--what the rappers call hoopties, as long as the sound system 
has been updated before the bald tires replaced--I should note that on a
real beat-up  hoopty  in my old Oakland neighborhood I saw next to a
Free Aztlan bumpersticker, another one in big black and white letters:
WHITEY GONNA TO PAY.
