The state has simply stolen the left's thunder. Who didn't laugh upon
learning how a wheelchair ramp had to be built to allow an invalid to get
to the death chamber? Or how about Rickie Lee Rektor (sp?) wanting to save
his dessert until after his gas and/or electrical treatment? How can we top
that?
