Hey, Ken, how 'bout some references. I'm familiar with (diggin' thru a syllabus) Senghor, Nkrumah, Nyerere, Houphouet-Boigny, Kaunda, Hountondji, Gyekye, Mbiti and Wiredu (who's here at USF, doing the _Cambridge Companion to African Phil._). Shameless plug.
