Look, even leftists (dirty finger or smarty pants variety) deserve some fun. Had Michael tweaked them enough to make them snarl or lose their cool a bit, then made a cartoon of it, it might have helped the morale of the rest of us some. Whether that would have helped the struggle, I don't know, but it couldn't have hurt it.
