Wouldn't you say that if there is a quantity called intelligence, that other activities beside those carried out with paper and pencil require it ? such as dancing, sports, music, childcare, hunting and gathering, et al. ? Do you have a typology of intelligence ?

This is dumb. Psychometrics means measuting behavior, and if there is a quantity called intelligence, it will be revealed in behavior, including centrally verbal behavior, which means reading, writing, talking, and problem solving. That is, the use of pencil and paper tests. You won't find it by x-ray crystallography or genetic mapping.
