Socialist Ricardo Lagos, previews political leader of Chilean President Eduardo Frei's succession, joined to his candidate speech that the decision of the Spanish Justice recognizing the competence of the tribunals to judge Pinochet,( the first step extradition ), it restores the subject of the human rights definitively in the Chilean political life.

The military ones already announced that won't open their files and they make veiled menaces against the disorder that the politicians are throwing the whole Country.
We know the House of Lords has attributions very limited and it owes to confirm the Real Court of Justice, embarking Pinochet in the airplane-hospital and ordering him back home.
