For all i know, uSoft wanted this leaked in order to make it look to
DOJ like they are worried by competition from Linux. but the document, 
commentary by Raymond, and discussion on slashdot by nerds makes for a 
good first course in linux, opensource, and software in the modern
epoch, nevertheless.
