Well, if a fetus is a person with a right to life and there is no right which trumps that right, then arguably killing a fetus is morally murder. I don't think so, myself, but I was pointing put that the woman's right to control her boduy, so described and without further elaboration, can't be the trump that explains why it's not murder to abort a fetus. --jks
