Nationalism is an amazing beast.  It puts radicals and fascists to bed
together as soon as a threat to "national sovereignty" appears on the
horizon.  

That is one reason why I think that socialism and "national liberation"
should  not mix - for if they do, they form a truly explosive mixture known
as "national socialism."
