De acuerdo: mejor tenerlos a los miliatres en los cuarteles, pero a que
precio?  Que tipo de "democracia" se puede armar en base a amnesia impuesta
y violencia encubierta?  Es democradura o dictablanda, compadre, pero no
democracia.
