Mark,

Most of the IMEMO (Institute of World Economy and International Relations, formerly an advisory body to the Central Committee of the CPSU and still a major think tank in Moscow) crowd is thoroughly contracted out, operating with at least three sets of books and trying to straddle several different fences, those that are even still in the country, with lots of them are operating out of Vienna and similarly situated such venues, helping out all those Russian oil and gas companies, just like you used to do, Mark, :-).
