Roman Rosdolsky, THE MAKING OF MARX'S 'CAPITAL', translated by Pete Burgess, Pluto Press, second (unabridged) paperback edition published in two volumes, 1989. (first paperback (abridged) edition published 1980, first English translation published in 1977, all by Pluto Press.)

(Your issue is in ch. 31, in the second volume. Just a few pages, basically a retort to Bohm-Bawerk's critique.)
