The Communist Reformation of the twenty-first century will be a different shade of red: less dogmatic than the earlier model, allowing varying degrees of social justice, individual freedoms, private property, and business rights. But they will still have strong centralized governments and profess to be anticapitalist.. These reform Communists will be called "enemies of democracy" by the United States and its allies. A Cold Peace of closed or controlled markets will replace the Cold War.
