Who exactly designated KM a leader? Who conferred the status and attention on him that he's gotten? It seems to me that one of the luxuries of being a ruling class is getting to designate your consecrated critics, and KM is a perfect guy for the role. Instead of the MYM being about the dire state of a good bit of the African-American population and the enduring horrors of racism, it becomes about "black hate." How convenient for the Rudy & the neocons.
