Greenspan blames debtors

Greenspan's yakking before Congress now, saying that the  present crisis is
mainly the debtors' fault, and that the trouble experienced now by "new
participants in the international financial system" will be for their and
the world's good in the long term, as they learn from the system's wondrous
disciplines (the likes of which haven't been seen in 100 years).
