Dear Doug and the Left Business Observers,

I find it amusing and ironic that the Cato Institute takes it's name
from a selection of 18th century essays---essays that no one at
the Cato Institute has bothered to read. Even though they
are the publishers of these essays. I am sending along an essay on
the South Sea Bubble.

These people at the Cato Institute are either fools or scoundrels judged
by even their own standards! Only the dim-witted or the immature
could be taken in by their game.
Sincerely,
Thomas Lehman
