I think thats a misunderstanding. Its not Kosovo, but Albania.

Nevertheless its an important development. Albania has given up most of its
sovereignty to NATO now.
If you look at the map in the MSNBC report it looks as if the Kosovo were no
longer part of Jugoslavia, but of Albania. First they redraw the maps, than
they send in the troops to adjust fact and fiction...
