anywho, you're forgetting one thang: republican congress, dem prez. i think that's the point doug was making. no way in heck a republican congress is going to get into too much of a snit about the war power act. firstly, they already feel in need of a viagara injection with a dem hawke prez, ya think they're gonna whine about the war powers act?
