Dejan Krsic is on the editorial board of Arkzin, the independent Croatian journal. It's the same one that Boris Buden writes for, the guy that wrote that "Saving Private Havel" piece. And it seems that Zizek has some association with them as well. You may be able to find the original piece on the archives at their website. If not, they have an email contract button, and you can ask them if they could email you a copy. Although the original might only exist in Serbo-Croatian :o)
