It takes different forms at different times & places. There's no pure racism apart from a given culture, class structure, etc. The racial aspects of bombing the Balkans are different from the racial aspects of bombing Hiroshima which are different from the racial aspects of shooting up Columbine High. But they're worth paying attention to, aren't they?
Sort of like class society, which is the history of all hitherto existing societies, but which take many different forms.
