Heresy: why I support school vouchers

This discussion is very timely now that the government is trying to dispose of the
surplus.  The strategy over recent years has been to starve the public sector --
public education, public transportation .... -- watch it deteriorate, fueling
public disgust, they coming in and offering privatization as the solution.
