What is amazing about the health care fiasco is how many of the "providers" just raised executive salaries and now find costs are too high.

Perhaps the most egregious case was Stanford and Berkeley merging their hospitals. I know someone who was in on the deal. I think that managed to have 1 administrator for every 7 beds. Now they cannot make a "profit". --
