Try http://www.wto.org for the actual cases that have been written about thus far. Nothing like the horses mouth to draw your own conclusions. Professor Robert Stumberg at Georgetown Univ. has done some of the best work on how the WTO has and will effect law making at the federal and subfederal level on a whole host of economic development issues. You can find some of his papers at http://www.cfed.org.
