Mind control is a lot simpler than you think sometimes, like getting us to watch Big Brother (tv) while having us all watch out for Big Brother (Stalin) watching us.
I love Gramsci myself, but not because he is complicated. I know the current premier of Italy is an ex-Communist and the Italian CP used to have a big mass vote, but where has Gramsci's practice come to fruition otherwise ?
