Terry, Jennifer. "Anxious Slippages between 'Us' and 'Them': A Brief History of the Scientific Search for Homosexual Bodies." _Deviant Bodies: Critical Perspectives on Difference in Science and Popular Culture_. Eds. Jennifer Terry and Jacqueline Urla. Bloomington: Indiana UP, 1995.
