Russia arming Iraq?

Sure -- and the USA is arming everyone else.  Today's Washington Post
reports on the current export drive of US arms makers and notes:  "This
export tilt has left the United States the undisputed heavyweight among
arms suppliers. In 1997, for the seventh year in a row, U.S. firms led
the world in arms exports, snaring 44 percent of the $34.6 billion in
weapons sold internationally that year, according to the Congressional
Research Service."
