Prices can go up, down or stay the same

The only "spontaneous" resposne to my Barron's piece
was from a stockbroker in Manhattan who called today
and wanted to know what my article meant for tobacco
stocks.  I said I could see three clear possibilities:
prices would go up, down, or stay the same.  -gn
