As a collitch student in the late 60's, early 70's, the rage was to
record "Revolution #9" on tape and play the tape backward. You can
distinctly hear the words "Turn me on dead man" (or a cannabinoid
reasonable facsimile). This was part of the "Paul is dead" conspiracy
theory that was happening at the time.
You know, "Here's another clue for you all, the walrus is Paul". That
sort of thing.
