Greenspan just testified in Congress that hype on internet stocks has substance behind it.

P/E ratio is officially replaced by P/H (hype) ratio.

Incredible for a central banker to give investment advice. Are we going to have a Greenspan restaurant guide soon? This is the man who cautioned against undue risk.
