A drop in black unemployment from 15 to 9 percent, a 40 percent decrease, must mean a proportionate "change" in black "culture" of about 50 percent. Perhaps blacks have begun in droves to read the WSJ wisdom?

Of course, we all *know* "Negroes" have a distaste for work, as do lazy "Mexicans".

What a disgraceful load of garbage...
