Serbia has no economy anymore, Max. NATO blew it up. How do you think it will be reconstructed, if at all? Under the most strenuous WB/IMF/EBRD conditionality, of course, assuming the place isn't under even more strenuous sanctions. They don't even need to include the "free market" bit in the peace settlement now; this is cruise-missile neoliberalism.
