Toward a NATO war sum-up

Did not the settlement to end the war drop the Rambouilet demand for
NATO occupation of Yugoslavia? If so this might be a victory, even if
Kosovo was lost. But then, that occupation could come in a
few years. As we see in Iraq, the US/NATO will find more reasons to
continue the hostility. This was not war but an exmple of what the
technologies of the space based military assets of the US can do to lesser
developed powers. It was more like a high-tech drive-by murder by a
serial killer. What do people do against such awesome technology?
Albright and Clinton were proven right, air power can win if total war is
unleashed against an inferior power. The US has still not over come the
Vitenam syndrome and remains vulnerable to a real resistance power, if one
exists. Is it internal, or economic, or foreign terrorists?
