Absolutely...right on. For me the chief thing to remember about the Balkans
is that there is no exclusively "right" side. Every ethnic group has a
legimate beef against every other ethnic group at one time or another. Its
your basic mess. The late "war" and the present "peace" has just made the
situation that much worse.
