Gambling Commission

I left town for awhile and capital snuck something past me. Apparently last
week a U.S. commission on gambling, or a body with some such title, issued
a scathing report on gaming in the US. The Detroit casinos are opening in a
month. Can anyone direct me to a link to that report? best r
