New "race to top" trade bill

Bernie Sanders (yes, the same socialist Congressmember who been justly flayed by Alexander Cockburn) has introduced a new bill in Congress -- one that includes debt forgiveness, the Tobin Tax, enforceable international labor and environmental standards, banning the inclusion of cuts in social programs as a condition of IMF loans and a number of other wonderful things.

To cut and paste into this note would require a massive reformmatting -- so instead I am just including a URL where it is posted
