China is not my "new evil empire" but I think it's a pretty malevolent empire. I do not think the red mandarins of China behave in the best tradition of defenders of the working class, to say the least. I don't think they care a tinker's damn for the working class. If they're socialists, then socialism is a farce.

What I was suggesting is that they seem to have the same paranoia and criminal intent as the rest of the nuclear club, so it surprised me they hadn't joined in full until now. Obviously the American nuclear arsenal is the world showpiece of paranoia and criminal intent, but that goes without saying. There's not a major city extant for which we don't have a MiRV targeted.
