SI Swimsuit issue: Holy Cow!

Once upon a time, there was a little stretch of Federally-owned beach where people went to skinny-dip. The Park Service then decided to forbid nude bathing on its property, and a group of outraged nudists organized a swim-in.

Some supporters of the nudists picked a more moderate form of protest. Instead of swimming naked _per se_, they wore bathing suits with pictures of genitalia on the appropriate spots. They asked Alan Dershowitz if doing this would evade the Federal ban. He quipped that they couldn't be prosecuted for nude bathing, but some of them might get charged with false advertising.

The complete story, if I remember correctly, is in _The Best Defense._
