we pretty much agree. i'm doing what i call 'critical realism' no, it's not founded on social constructionism. i'm arguing that epistemology-ontology-political practice *are* conceptually related. see, for ex, Brain Fay _Social Theory and Political Practice_ I haven't read you before on the subject, cause I know I would have paid attention since we're pretty much after the same thing.
