Nathan, the Balkans, like the United States, is a political cesspool, with few leaders deserving of admiration. While I respect a lot of what you do, your defense of the KLA is no more convincing than your defense of the Democrats.
With that said, the long period of nonviolence reinforces my earlier point about the virtual nonexistence of the KLA until recently.
