Paul Watson on Yugoslavian Bus Attack

Anyone know anything about Paul Watson?  The stuff he has been writing
is really gripping.  Once again, I wonder if Paul is related to any of
the Watson's from down around Elizabeth, PA.  Like former Mayor of
Elizabeth, John Watson?
