Tnx to all who responded to P42699.  A bit of background may be in order.
The petitioner was raised in a "stand at attention" Italian
family and went to a Catholic school. His father was a military officer as
was his grandfather. He feels that Mussolini was a benefactor of the Italian
people.
With this in mind please see P42599 as his contribution toward preventing
another Littleton massacre. He is a gun expert and collector.
