Why clusterbombs, Nathan? They're designed for destroying light armor and killing human beings. There were no armored vehicles anywhere near the scene in Nis, so it had to be human targets. There was no reason in this case to drop clusterbombs other than to shred people horribly. Is that ok by you? Perhaps you can explain how those little yellow cannisters promote the humanitarian cause.
