Oh that wilderness of mirrors again. JYA stands for John Young, Architect. If you poke around their site you see they did work for the Council on Foreign Relations and Opus Dei, the right-wing Catholic lay organization that funnelled aid to the Nicaraguan Contras during the 1980s.
