Amazing, but the only state that has meaninigful regulations is
Massachussetts - everywher eelse you can basicall buy what you
want with minor or no inconvenience.
What kind of inconvenience are you looking for?
For instance, in California, there's a 10 day waiting period for any purchase from a dealer; handguns require passing a test.
