indulgent central banks

I just subscribed to Briefing.com, and poking around their global interest
rate pages I ran across a table of policy changes by the world's major
central banks, with easings highlighed in green - and tightenings in red, I
assume, but there were none. Anyway, there have been 41 easing actions over
the last year. They're trying hard!
